1. Non-Cancellable and Non-Refundable Tickets
- Tickets purchased are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless permitted at the sole discretion of the Event Organiser.
- If an attendee cancels the ticket(s) or fails to attend the event, no refunds will be issued.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- The cancellation request must be submitted within 30 days of the event date.
- Tickets or registrations must not be used or redeemed for event access.
- The request for a refund must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a ticket or transaction receipt.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
- For eligible refund scenarios, the refund amount will be processed within 5-7 working days of approval.
4. Event Cancellation by the Organiser
- If the Event is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the Event Organiser, attendees will be refunded the complete Gross Transaction Value.
5. Event Postponement or Rescheduling
- In the event of a postponement or rescheduling, the purchased tickets will remain valid for the new event date.
- At the discretion of the Event Organiser, refunds for a postponed or rescheduled event may be provided up to the Gross Transaction Value. If approved, attendees will be notified of such refunds via the email address provided at the time of ticket purchase/registration.
6. Change or Cancellation of Performing Artist(s)
- No refunds will be provided in case of any changes or cancellations of performing artist(s) at the event.
7. Tickets Purchased Offline/Box Office
- Tickets purchased via the box office or directly offline from the Event Organiser are non-cancellable and non-refundable. These tickets also cannot be listed for reallocation on Ticketing Platform(s).
8. Sale and Promotional Items
- Sale or discounted tickets are non-refundable. Only regularly priced tickets may be eligible for a refund.
9. Refund Process
- Once your refund request is received, it will be reviewed. If approved, you will receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, the credit will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. If the issue persists:
- Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

11. Cancellations Due to the Event Organiser's Actions
- If the Event is cancelled due to reasons attributable to Eventlane Private Limited or the Event Organiser, a full refund for the Gross Transaction Value will be issued.
12. Gifts and Transfers
- If the ticket was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift certificate or credit will be provided once the return has been processed. If the gift purchaser has the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to them, and they will be notified of any cancellation or refund actions.
13. Shipping and Delivery of Tickets
- If your tickets were physically mailed, please return them to:

- You will be responsible for shipping costs to return any tickets or physical materials. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
14. Refund Processing and Additional Terms
- The refund process will strictly adhere to the terms mentioned above. Any additional refund policy for specific events will be communicated separately by the Event Organiser.
